Travel leaves. Property settles. They are not opposites, but a housing question often has to name both.
Wealth is what moves. Property is where you stop. A housing question cannot be read from Wealth alone.
How to find it on a chart
Once the Life Palace is set, this site lays the names around the branch ring in this order: Life, Siblings, Spouse, Children, Wealth, Health, Travel, Friends, Career, Property, Fortune, Parents, and back to Life. The branch cells stay put. The names move. Property comes after Career. Children sits opposite.
Siblings and Health are the trine.
How to read it
Read the settling pattern of the major star first. An empty palace borrows Children and says so.
It does not answer buy or rent, and it does not answer which flat. Those facts live in the market and the contract.

No. It describes the structure of settling. It does not judge purchasing power or pick a building.
Do renters still read Property?
Yes. Settling does not require a title deed. A rented space is still in this domain.
Why is Children the opposite?
In the placement order, Property and Children are six cells apart. That is structure. It does not mean a house decides children.
