It is used for mental spare capacity and interests, not for an external title. The title sits in Career.
Read it beside Health when you need to separate bodily strain from inner strain. They are not opposites.
How to find it on a chart
Once the Life Palace is set, this site lays the names around the branch ring in this order: Life, Siblings, Spouse, Children, Wealth, Health, Travel, Friends, Career, Property, Fortune, Parents, and back to Life. The branch cells stay put. The names move. Fortune comes after Property. Wealth sits opposite.
Spouse and Travel are the trine.
How to read it
Read how the major star describes rest and interests. An empty palace borrows Wealth and should say so: that is a borrowed resource star, not a major star of Fortune’s own.
Do not read the palace as religious merit or a moral score.

Wealth, opposite, puts “enough” beside “how resources move”. Spouse and Travel bring relationship and the outer setting in.
Name Health separately. Bodily strain is not inside Fortune’s san fang si zheng.
