What a three-card line is
The deck is thirty-six pictures with traditional objects: Rider, House, Heart, Scythe, and the rest. Polarity comes from the card and from the neighbor beside it. A card is not flipped upside down to reverse its meaning.
The default slots are background, focus, and a possible direction. The tool can switch the lens to help versus obstacle, or to two option paths. The middle card often changes how the first and third are read. Splitting the three into three isolated answers leaves the method.
What fateshow records
The draw is a selection from the 36-card set under a stored seed. Asking time is stored with the session and does not enter the shuffle. There is no ephemeris step and no stem-branch step.
Card meanings in the reading are the deck’s received images plus the pairing. They are not a score, and neighboring a harsh card with a mild one is read as a path that also has a block — not as a cancelled card.
What it is not
It is not tarot. Tarot reversals, major-arcana journeys, and a Celtic cross are different objects. It is also not Liu Yao, Meihua, or Qi Men, even when the question sounds similar.
One line answers one matter. A second matter needs its own three taps.
