Numerology describes tendency from the digits of a birth date. Those digits are summed and reduced to a single digit, keeping 11 / 22 / 33 as master numbers, which gives the Life Path; birthday, attitude, four pinnacles and challenges, the personal year and the digit grid follow. You read direction and stage, not what happens on a given day.

Birthday and attitude
The birthday number is the day of the month (a natural gift); the attitude number is month + day, describing what people meet first.
Pinnacles and challenges
Four pinnacles mapped to life stages (birth-27, 28-36, 37-45, 46+), each with a challenge number naming the lesson. A challenge of 0 means no particular lesson.
Personal year
Birth month + birth day + the target year, reduced to 1-9: a nine-year cycle running from starting year to closing year.
Digit grid
How often each digit 1-9 appears in the birth date, with missing digits listed — a checkable distribution, not a verdict.
How the numbers are calculated
1.Take the Gregorian date
Lunar input is converted to the Gregorian date first, because the digits used are Gregorian. No birth time or birthplace is needed, so timezone and true solar time do not apply.
2.Sum and reduce
Digits are summed until one digit remains, keeping 11 / 22 / 33 as master numbers. The chart lists both segmented reduction and all-digits reduction instead of picking one.
3.Expand the layers
Life Path, birthday, attitude, pinnacles and challenges, personal year — all derived from those few reductions, all checkable by hand.
4.Calculation and reading

- A lunar date is converted to the Gregorian date first, then those Gregorian digits are reduced. Do not add the lunar numbers as they stand. Use the calendar in the birth record.
