One complete channel defining any center means this is not a Reflector. A hanging gate does not count as definition.

The lunar cycle is where authority sits

Tradition says a major decision looks across one lunar cycle. That is a reading. It is not a calendar prophecy, and it cannot name a day on which action is required.

A chart with no defined center

Illustration: the chart shows only hanging gates and no complete channel. Write Reflector, with lunar-cycle authority. It is not “the centers are broken” or “there is no personality.”

Rarity is not a rank. The structure is only that all nine centers are undefined.

Does a hanging gate count as definition?

No. Definition needs a complete channel.

Can someone else’s channel define me in a connection chart?

That connection belongs to the two charts together. Do not copy a channel that exists only there back onto this single chart.
