A Manifestor has a motor connected to the Throat and an undefined Sacral. The traditional reading stresses informing before acting. It is not a leadership rank.

Drop either condition and it is not a Manifestor. Generators also have a motor, but their Sacral is defined. Check both items first.
Informing is a reading, not a legal step
Tradition says tell the people involved before acting. That is a sentence about the structure. It is not a legal duty, and it does not guarantee agreement.
How to write the sentence
Illustration: the emotional center is defined, the Throat is connected to that motor, and the Sacral is not defined. Write Manifestor, and let authority fall on the emotional center by priority. Do not skip authority because the type is Manifestor.
Common mistakes
- Calling a Manifestor a born leader.
- Naming Manifestor without checking the Sacral.
- Hearing “inform” as a requirement to get permission.
