Rahu and Ketu are the nodes, not two more visible planets, and the chart still gives them places. If one is missing, do not fill it from memory.
The six dignities are conditions of place
The tool prints six dignity levels. They describe a graha’s traditional standing in that sign. They do not sort people into six grades, and one level does not decide luck alone.
Jupiter in a house and a dignity
Illustration: Jupiter is in sidereal Sagittarius, in the ninth house, one dignity level is printed, and it is direct. Write those four items. Do not collapse them into “strong Jupiter means wealth.”

- Turning the six dignities into exam ranks.
- Treating Rahu and Ketu as two fixed stars.
- Declaring retrograde without the mark on the chart.

Is a higher dignity better?
A level is a traditional condition of place. One step higher is not morally or financially better.
Do I write the house or the sign first?
Write both. The sign is sidereal. The house is a sector cut from the lagna.
Are these the same bodies as the Western planets?
The seven traditional planets share names. Rahu and Ketu are the nodes. The zodiacs start in different places, so do not copy the degrees onto a tropical chart.
